The $300 package includes:
- 1 year of hosting - we make sure your site is on the internet within 3 days, for one year. (each year following will cost you between 50 to 100 dollars, depending on your sites needs - it's usually the lower figure.)( If you need some other hosting solution, I will explain why, and your cost will be adjusted to fit your needs.)

Both WORDPRESS and DRUPAL are high powered and open source website programs, also known as a content management system or CMS, that will give you everything that you need to create a website that funtions beautifully for both your visitors and for the search engines and internet traffic sources. There are some restrictions that apply to the $300 website offer:
- New websites only - if you have an existing website, contact us for inexpensive hosting and website services. It might end up costing you less than $300 per year anyway, because we wont have to do as much setup and advising.
- Normal traffic level websites only - if your website is designed for massive traffic, I can still help you, but can't give you a $300 website.
- The cost of your domain name is not included in the $300 account. If you need assitance in getting a domain name, you will be charged for that assistance at our standard rates for web services, which is $25 an hour.
- This package does not include the CONTENT of your website, the writing and pictures you want your visitors to see. The website package we give you will let you add your own content at your own pace. If you want a website that includes content, that is, if you want us to write and create the content for your website, we can do that, but that is not included in the $300 website.
Because there can be so much variation in websites, we do have to reserve the right to rescind the $300 dollar website offer if we look at your project and decide that it is too complex or inherently expensive to justify the $300 website package. In that case your money will be refunded.
